Refund policy
All sales outside of the European Union are final, and thus can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Cancellations
Orders that have been processed/shipped already can not be canceled.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with every original component of the package. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We adhere to all applicable legal requirements, including the right of customers to return products within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the cost of returning the items will be borne by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will always make sure the purchased items are well and safely packaged so that damages being made during shipment can be prevented as much as possible. We are not responsible for any damages done by the shipment companies.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
